伊良部島まで来たら行って欲しい沖縄ソバ屋「伊良部そば　かめ」

昨日宮古に来たはずなのに、今日沖縄本島に移動します。

というのも本来来る予定じゃなかったのを急きょスケジュールねじ込んだから。

滞在期間は１日と短かったけど、おばあの元気な顔も、宮古のきれいな海も見れたのでよかった。

次来るときはゆっくり時間をとって来ることにします。

 

さて今日帰るということで、

伯母さんにお昼をごちそうになりました。

外観はお店というより民家という感じ。

間違えて人の家に入ったかと思いましたが、れっきとしたお店です(笑)

なんでも店主の奥さんの義理の祖母が亡くなって空き家になってたところを

改装してこの「伊良部そば　かめ」が誕生したそう！

 

でも逆にこの家っぽさがいいですな。

ついついくつろいで寝っ転がっちゃいそう。

今回はかつおのなまり節と骨付き肉の入った「伊良部そば」を食べました。

美味い！

麺は自家製ということ。

なるほどだからこのコシか！

 

市販の麺より食べごたえがあって、

でも今まで食べた自家製麺よりモチモチっとしてて美味い！

（自家製麺ってなんか固くて、ブツブツ切れるような麺のところ結構あるんですよ）

 

あとは、新鮮なマグロをつかったお寿司も食べられますよ！

なんでもこの店の料理人はもともとお寿司屋だったとか？

お寿司も美味くて、そばも美味しいってこれどういうこと？

 

今回は食べませんでしたが、

店の名前がついた「かめそば」というメニューは、

「三枚肉、ソーキ、ゆし豆腐」の３つ揃ったお得なおそばもあるんで、

はじめての人にはオススメ。

 

なんでもあのMIYAKO ISLAND ROCK FESTIVALにも出店したり、

あの千原ジュニアさんも月１で来ているらしいですよ？

 

行っていたらもしかしたら会えるかもしれません。
